What to Tell Us
- Where you are. The address or the nearest cross street, and what kind of property it is.
- What is locked. A car, a house door, a shop door, an office filing cabinet, a gate.
- What kind of lock. An ordinary key, a key with a black chip molded into the head, a deadbolt, a cylinder with a small hole in its face.
- Who is letting us in. Owner, tenant, manager, or someone acting for one of them. Expect us to ask for the registration, the lease or a name the manager will confirm.

Which Way to Reach Us
Phone is the only route that can put somebody in a van. The form arrives as an email in the office and gets answered when it is read, which for a scheduled job is the same thing and for a lockout is not. If you have called twice with no answer, use the other number on the page or leave a message with the location and we will call back.
